Wetland regulations are often controversial and confusing to homeowners, landowners, and developers. To address this need for better wetland understanding NC State Extension has new publication titled “The Status and Trends of Wetland Loss and Legal Protection in North Carolina” which is a brand new University publication that is hot off the virtual printing press.
